WHY'S THAIFOOD
Thai food is one of the most popular cuisines in the world. Why is that, you may ask?

Thai food is unique. It is not just created by following a recipe, because it represents Thai culture and Thailand as a whole. Many exotic and fresh ingredients are carefully selected, strategically combined or used in any given dish. Thai cooking is an art form in Thailand and the techniques are taught and passed down from generation to generation. Not only must the finished dish be delicious, but also it must be visually appealing and entice one’s appetite.

Most everyone knows dishes like: Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Pad Kra Pao, and the standard curry dishes like Red, Green or Panang. Nonetheless, there are many more Thai dishes and many specific to each region of Thailand. We at Fern Thai on Main want to introduce you to some of these other Thai dishes while preserving the Thai tradition and culture. We want to bring you authentic Thai dishes from different parts of Thailand that you may not familiar with or know. Our award-winning Chefs will endeavor to continue the Art of Thai cuisine, by using fresh and imported ingredients and presenting you with visually appealing dishes such as: Hang Le, Talay Phad Cha, Kua Kling, and Naam Prik to name a few.
It is fern’s hope and prediction that a few years from now, the “Classic” Thai dishes that are known throughout the world will also include many of the other “unique” dishes that are on our menu.
